Troyits'ka O. Ecologic aspects of biooutilization of corps raw material of animal origin

The dissertation is devoted to the questions determination of environmental influence on vet - sanitary utilization factories. The influence of technological processes is defined on utilization of corpse raw material on Tocmac vet - sanitary factory on soil, superficial water and air environment. Also, the influence of flow waters on the vet - sanitary utilization factory was explored after cleaning on soil and plants of the fields which are irrigated by this water. The conducted researche of pollution by microfloray of ready-to-cook foods and finished product of process of utilization of corpse raw material, meat and bones flour are explored. The given estimation of ecological aspect of the process of utilization of corpse raw material on the vet - sanitary utilization factory is that definite high-quality and quantity differentiation of ecodestruction processes which produce mediated affect on the environment. As a result of the research work is givens an effective complex of the measures directed onthe reduction of ecodestruction of the environment of vet - sanitary utilization factory.
