Dontsov V. Early diagnostics and complex treatment of acute who ischemia of muscles due to injury of limbs by the patients,have suffered in traffic accidents

Object: the extremities traumas of and disturbance of local circulation of blood and there influence on the fracture healing processes and renewal of function. Purpose: to perfect early diagnostics of acute ischemia of muscles at the extremities traumas and system of complex treatment of victims, decrease the amount of complications. Methods: clinical, X-Ray, electro-physiology, statistical. Minimal invasive and absolutely safe for a health method of early diagnostics of acute muscles ischemia and disturbances of peripheral circulation of blood by registration of muscular reductions at certain electric impulses action on muscles, was offered and grounded. A new device for determination of acute muscles ischemia was developed. The optimum term of exposure of acute muscles ischemia was determined. The notion concerning its pathogenetical links was extended. The clinical stages of acute muscles ischemia and violations of peripheral circulation of blood were specified. The pathogenetical grounded system oftreatment of victim with extremities traumas depending on the degree of damages serious was developed. For introduction into clinical practice an original method and device of early diagnostics of acute muscles ischemia at the traumatic damages of extremities, which can be used on preclinical and early hospital stages was created. The detailed clinical signs of serious of acute muscles ischemia and vascular violations at victims with extremities traumas was presented. It was given possibility to perfect the system of treatment depending on the degree of damages serious. Application of a new method of early diagnostics of acute muscles ischemia and device at victims with extremities traumas allowed to promote quality of diagnostics and treatment of patients, decrease the amount of complications, provide the anatomical and functional results of treatment which were letter than results now known. Clinical researches results were inculcated in work of reumatologycal department of city hospital Pervomaysk Kharkovregion, Sitenka Institute of Spine and Joints Pathology of Ukraine Academy of Medical Sciences Kharkov, in city clinical traumatologycal hospital in Zaporozhia, Donetsk, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk.
