The dissertation is devoted to clinical-instrumental research of changes in bone tissue, the articular device in rheumatoid arthritis patients due to ultrasonic research, features of their progression and development of the prognosis. There is determined influence of clinical-laboratory and instrumental parameters on these changes. There were determined the RA progression's types on BT damage's development, generalized and local changes, as well as FT. On the base of US methods the early and differential diagnostic pruinciples for RA were created, as well as US - criteria for AD-estimation in such patients. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
