Artemenko V. Raising the efficiency of foreign economic relations regulation in the region

Object of research: processes of regulation of foreign economic relations of region. The purpose of research: development of theoretical, methodical rules and development of the practical recommendations concerning increase of efficiency regulation of external economic relations of region on the basis of use of organization-economic tools. Research receptions: logic generalization, grouping, complex approach; the system-structural, comparative, statistical and economic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: are profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules concerning increase of efficiency regulation of external economic relations of region in conditions of modern national economy are advanced. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete recommendations used in practical activity, consist in development of scientific-practical bases of regulation of development of external economic relations of region in view of use of a program-target method and improvement of customs regulation. Have found practical application in activity of local bodies of authority and management, establishments and enterprises of Lugansk area. Scientific novelty: the system of regulation of foreign economic relations of region is proved on the basis of use of a program-target method in connection with customs regulation, model of use of administrative potential of regional and local bodies of authority by transfer of the appropriate powers; the methodical approach to construction of model of optimization of regulation of investment connections of regions of Ukraine is offered in view of results of their participation in external economic relations. Are advanced: receptions typologization of regions of Ukraine, methodical approach to the analysis of the basic parameters of the customs tariff, model of regulation of external economic relations of region. Have received the further development: concepts "external economic relations of region" and "regulation of external economic relations of region"; definition of the preconditions both conditions of expansion of the foreign trade and investment connections; the functions of the customs duty, which are applied in management of foreign economic relations of regions. Sphere of use is the activity of bodies of state management of all levels; the enterprises and organizations of different patterns of ownership; customs bodies of regulation.
