Object: institutional environment of entrerpreneurship in Ukraine. Aim: deepening of theoretical-methodical principles of research of institutes of support of development of small entrerpreneurship of region, development of practical recommendations on the institutional providing of development of small entrerpreneurship at regional level. Methods: system, economic-mathematical and statistical. Results: concept “The European standard of development of entrerpreneurship” is first certain, classification of factors of influence on development of enterprise of region is improved, conceptual providing on activation of entrepreneurial activity in the Lviv Region. Use: at development of the Regional program of development of small entrerpreneurship in the Lviv Region on 2007-2008, for teaching of disciplines: “Entrerpreneurship and management”, “Economy and management an enterprise”.
