Omelchenko T. Prophylaxis and treatment of the posttraumatic osteoarthrosis of talocrural joint

The dissertation is devoted to the actual issues: the improvement of treatment results of patients with posttraumatic osteoarthrosis of talocrural joint by development of the nosotropic grounded system of prophylaxis and treatment. It is statistically well-proven that among other factors, tactical and technical errors on the stages of diagnostics and treatment of breaks of ankles of shin on 68,38% determine development of posttraumatic osteoarthrosis of talocrural joint. In the experimental model the considerable surplus of local and integral activation of lipids’ oxidization is experimentally well-proven by free radicals, that has one of key values in development of posttraumatic osteoarthrosis. The algorithm of treatment of patients which takes into account the stage of disease. On the basis of the conducted researches have been developed the nosotropic grounded method of holiatry of patients that is directed on the maintainance of the function of talocrural joint. The methods of roentgenologic, biochemical, statistical analysis of the obtained results of treatment of 70 patients, proved high efficiency of the offered method of treatment
