Tkachenko R. Organizational and economic development of regional real estate market of habitation (on the base of mortgage crediting)

In the dissertation the meaning of „regional real estate market” concept is specified, which is interpreted as a regional system of interdependencies, which influences on the process of formation and realization of house-building resources, caused by territorial differentiation of forming and functioning conditions of market relations in a real estate sphere, and sets prices through the mechanism of demand and supply; the features of forming real estate relations in Ukraine and pre-conditions of modern functioning of regional real estate market as the base of consumer market are formulated; the factors, which influence on the regional real estate market development due to which the optimum proportions of various patterns of ownership and different forms and types of economy are set, are determined; the necessity of consideration of forming, functioning and regulation of real estate market, which are researched from the point of spatial strategy and regional real estate policy taking into account considerable regional differences, the display of market relations in their regional forms, forming on their basis of regional real estate markets of different scales is grounded.
