Object - toxic defeat of tissues that are characterized different intensity of metabolism (blood, liver, kidneys, lugs, heart, cerebrum) on a background separate and combined introduction of salts of lead and cadmium. Methods - laboratorial, biochemical and statistical. Novelty - metabolic changes in rats tissues in the conditions of short-time and long-time experimental lead and cadmium toxicities are investigated. lyposomal hepatoprotector "Liolive" was first applied to cure lead and cadmium toxicities. The necessity of using liolive and selenite of sodium with the purpose of metabolism violation correction under lead and cadmium intoxication was confirmed.
