Essay

The object of study-open arc welding on covering with preliminary product heating. The purpose is increasing of the technical-economic features of the process of open arc welding on the basis of the development of practical recommendation for the improvement of the composition of defensive covering and technologies of welding.Methodical and theoretical basis of the studies are the main positions of the theories of welding processes and thermal condactivity,methods of the theory of planned experiment and mathematical statistics.The method of calculation of mechanical introduction of the splash into relief roughnesses of the detail,taking into account correlation of the geometric features of the splash and roughnesses of the detail,source velocity of the flight and mass of the splash,material and mechanical characteristics,intensity of its plastic deformation on the surface of the welded detail is offered for the first time.The Advanced way of the estimation of the stability of electric welding arc,taking into account the condition of welded edges is offered. The method of calculation of heat behaviour of the electrode splash melted metal after surge from arc gap, taking into account the heat physical characteristic (the factors of heat providing and temperature providing, specific heat capacity), the size of the splashes, initial temperature, distance to the zone of the defeat of surfaces has got further development.
