Subotina K. Clinicopathological significance of endothelial functions of vessels in patient with goat (experimental clinical research work)

Subject of research - animals (rats) with experimental gout and patients with gout. Aim - to determinate pathogenetic role of endothelial dysfunctions of vessels with gout, which enabled to forecast course of pathologic process and efficiency of treatment. Methods - clinical, electrophysiological, ultrasonic, radiological, physicochemical, immunoenzyme, morphological, statistical. Novelty - for the first time proved changes of endotheliocytes of hart, lungs and kidneys in animals with experimental gout, which reduce under the influence uricodepressive therapy, their bond with other morphological signs of pathological process and level iricosuria, determined correlation between endothelial function of vessels at patients with gout and clinical manifestations of disease, condition of purine metabolism and rheological properties of blood, influence on further efficiency of endothelial function treatment. Results - it was proved the role of endothelial dysfunction of vessels in pathogenesis of primary gouton the basis of experimental-clinical research, its bond with clinico-morfological signs of lesion of internal organs, with disorder of purine metabolism and rheological properties of blood, determinated influence of uricdepressive therapy on endothelial function, proved using of combined treatment with multienzyme complexes, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and/or angeotenzin receptor blokers of patients, developed criteria, which permit forecast course of pathologic process and control efficiency of treatment. Introduced in practice of Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical union, therapeutic clinics of Donetsk national medical university named by M.Gorky, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, therapeutic clinics of Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K.Gusak, Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine, in educational process of Donetsk national medical university named by M.Gorky, Kharkiv state medical university and Ukranian medical stomatological academy (Poltava).
