Essay

The mathematical models for the bar column deformation process and one’s motion resistan ce force estimation are designed taking to ac -count the bar column heliciformity and the real borehole profile. The dynamometer card shape change character caused by the bar column heliciform deformation is defined, the one’s technical state control method is given based on the presented results.The bottom hole bar pumping unit diagnostics computerized microprocessorbased system is designed based on the plated type tensoresistive dynamometrical converter.The approbation of this sys tem was conducted in the gas and oіl manufac turing firm “Nadvirnanaftogaz”.
