Kologryvova E. Functions of personal aspirations in experience subjective well-being by the young man.

The dissertation is devoted to research the influence of personal aspirations on experience subjective well-being. It is shown, that personal aspirations can act as determinants of experience subjective well-being by the young man. It is established, that as the basic functions of personal aspirations act adaptations and self-realization balance, a direction and stimulation activity of the person. Depending on the character of realization the aspiration share on productive, less productive and unproductive. It is revealed, that the level of efficiency of aspirations influences a level of subjective well-being. Gender features of personal aspirations and features of their functional influence on experience of subjective well-being by men and women are proved.
