Essay

Subject of the research - Functioning processes of distribution nets in rural regions with regards to their sectioning are the object of the research. The aim of the research - is the development of scientific-methodic tool of power supply reliability enhancement in rural regions by optimizing the number and location of sectionalizing devices installation in distribution net. The methods are based on basic regulations of system analysis, imitation modeling and linear programming theory. The results of theoretical research are processed on the basis of mathematical modeling methods, using the theory of fuzzy multitudes and mathematical statistics. Computing experiments and experimental data processing is fulfilled using Maple, whereas applied software development is done in Delphi. The novelty and originality - is solving the task of allocation optimization of sectionalizing switching units on the basis of linear programming method with Boolean variable at deterministic initial information. That, in contrast to existing solutions, considers the structure of network and the impact character of consumer electric energy. For existing distribution nets in rural regions optimal location for installation of sectionalizing commutation devices within the highway section, limited by two branches, is found. It is shown that application of no more than three sectionalizing switching units is advisable for distribution nets in rural region. A new mathematical model of switching units allocation is developed, which is based on two features: total loss from undersupply of energy for the net as a whole and time of intervals in electricity supply to some of consumers. That provides the possibility to consider market relations in power engineering. For the first time mathematical models and optimization method for number and location of sectionalizing commutation units using the theory of fuzzy ratios (subsection of theory of fuzzy multitudes) are developed. It makes possible to search the solution in initial informationuncertainty. The results of research lie in complex task solution of electricity supply reliability enhancement in rural regions by means of optimization of number and location of sectionalizing commutation units in distribution nets. That is based on the efficiency research of sectionalizing switching units installation in typical schemes of distribution nets in rural regions. Moreover, we found mathematical models, methods and algorithms at different type and volume of initial information and developed applied software. The results of the thesis are implemented in PC EC "Chernigivoblenergo" and are used in teaching process at Electric systems and nets Department, Chernigiv National Technological University and Agriculture power supply Department, National University of Agriculture. The branch of application is agriculture.
