Mitsyk A. Increase of the effectiveness of treatment of large-sized planed products by an activation of motion of the working medium in vibrating "U" - shaped containers

Object - process of vibration treatment in vibrating "U" - shaped containers; aim - increase of effectiveness of treatment of large-sized planed parts by an activation of the motion of working medium in vibrating "U" - shaped containers; methods - fundamentals of physics, theoretical mechanics, the theory of machining, engineering manufacturing, the scientific bases of vibration treatment theory; results - a new technology and equipment have been created for vibration treatment of various nomenclature of large-sized planed parts. It allows to expand the technological opportunities of the process and to enlarge the existing park of metal-removal machine tools; novelty - the complex of conditions has been formulated and studied that it is necessary for activation of motion of the working medium determining the effectiveness of the treatment. This complex consists of: the insulation of non-active treatment zone by the deflector which is geometrically similar to the trajectory of motion of the container; the lining of working surfaces of the container by the elastic profiled material with geometrical and dimensional characteristics similar to the granules of working medium; the joining of the treated parts into a kinematical chain; introduction - the enterprise of experimental base "Ukr-Coal Concentration research institute", Lugansk; "Blacksmith's Court" Ltd, Lugansk; branch - metal working in machine - and instrument engineering.
