Essay

In the given dissertation they analyzed the statistical indices of head traumas in the mine region representative for Ukraine for 20 years (1985-2005), examined their nature, features of the clinical presentation and treatment results, determined the biomechanical and clinical features of industrial mine head traumas, analyzed the current system of rendering of first and special medical aid. They justified the expedience of detailing the craniocerebral traumas' classification with the separation of the short-term (impulsive) head compression. They set the main errors of the diagnostic-medical process, reasons of unfavorable results. They proved the high efficiency of usage of the medical aid standards and protocols at a craniocerebral trauma, proposed the methodology of their establishment on the basis of the evidential medicine principles.
