Essay

The aim of thesis is investigation of soil algae and higher-plant viruses interactions. The higher-plant viruses antigens presence possibility in soil-algae cells isolated from natural habitats were established for the first time. In experiments on artificial infection of soil algae by higher-plant viruses, for the first time concluded, that soil algae can be infected by higher-plant viruses. The species- and morphobiological condition dependence of algal cells reaction to phytovirus entry was shown. Bracteacoccus minor zoospores sensitivity to TMV entry was demonstrated. Since the entry of TMV in B. minor cells not cause mass cells destruction, therefore B. minor may be reservoir for TMV in nature. The internal chloroplasts division way was registered for the first time during the ultrastructural investigation Bracteacoccus minor cells from control lines. The B. minor age structure classification scheme was make out. Organelles-related complexes were detected and described.
