Object of the research: strategy of management of region ecectroenergy development forming process. Aim: theoretical and methodical generalization bases of estimation region ecectroenergy and exposure of strategic directions of development in the conditions of change functioning environment Methods of research: logical and theoretical generalization and comparison, deductive method, method of expert estimations, statistical and factor analysis, method of taxonomy, method of clusterization (aglomerativ, hierarchical, treelike clusterization), regressive analysis. Defined: "region" concept by introduction of additional factors describing it; classification of external environment factors of region electroenergy by distributing them on levels – branch, region, national, geopolitical. Developed: method of forming strategy of management of region electroenergy development by constructing the matrix in the coordinates «competitiveness of region ecectroenergy is a market share» which foresees an account component of environment of region ecectroenergy, it makes it possible to reveal competitive ability level and to form trends in development of energy-suppliers. Implemented: method of region electroenergy competitiveness estimation. Application domains: in practical activities of electroenergy interprise management, executive powers bodies and local self-government bodies, in educational process of higher educational establishments.
