Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the solution of the important scientific task of the development of methods and algorithms, which would enable to increase the precision, reliability and performance of the computerized systems for measurement of geometrical characteristics of objects with complex form. In the dissertation, new algorithms of measurement systems' digital controllers structuring are developed and substantiated, allowing to significantly improve the dynamic precision of the motion path of the sensitive element and to reduce the measurement time. Algorithms are determined to effectively minimize the impact of destabilizing factors on the results of measurements of components' geometrical characteristics. New structures of digital controllers for follow-up drives of measurement systems are introduced and their functioning is digitally analyzed.
