The dissertation is devoted to extension of scientific-practical basis of data about not enough known group of vanadium alloys. In this work it has been established optimisation regularity and mechanisms of surfaces layers structure parametres of constructional materils wich are investigated with using of highenergetical radial technology for increasing of corrosion-mechanical resistance. The investigation was conducting on the vanadium alloys of system V - Cr - Ti comparatively with corrosion resistance steels austenitic and ferritic-martensitic steels. Embodiment of offered methods was realized with using ion implantation, melting of surface by nitrogen plasma, complex modification with nitrogen and niobium. The difference of obtained results from well-known results consists in that construction concrete elements depending on stuctural classes of constructional materials, configuration, dimensions and parameters of exploitation was recommended the most expedient methods of surface ingeneering. The approbation of offered methods of increasing of structural materials corrosion-mechanical stableness was conducted in operating heat-power engineering enterprises after detailed examination of damage types.
