Tkachishina O. The Features of the social-psychological adaptation of the future specialists of computer technologies

Dissertation work is devoted to study the problem of social psychological adaptation of students - future specialists of computer technologies in the process of professional training. The features of socially psychological adaptation of future specialists of computer technologies are exposed. Found out are objective and subjective factors which influence the process of social psychological adaptation. Three groups of students - future specialists of computer technologies: with high, by a middle and low level adaptation. Research showed that the features of socially psychological adaptation of students in Higher Eductational Institutions are determined mainly by direction and speciality of professional preparation. A comparative analysis showed that students - future specialists of computer technologies in the first years of studies in Higher Eductational Institutions are characterized by uncertainty in itself, by less sociability and less need in intercourse comparing to the students of other specialities. The program of active social psychological training is developed and approved with the purpose of optimization of social psychological adaptation of future specialists of computer technologies, which resulted positively.
