Essay

The influence of defects evolutions on stress-strain curve behavior of solids on different scale levels was studied by computer modeling: on the atom level - the molecular dynamic method was used, on the microlevel - the dislocations dynamic method was used and on the mesolevels - the dynamic of mesodefects method was used. It was shown the nonlinear of stress - strain curve connect with evolution of defects. The minimal distance between walls of dislocations same sign was calculated. The several regimes of Frank-Read source was establishment: pile-up, polygonization walls and beating regime: sometimes the pile-up, sometimes the polygonization walls. The influence of substructure on distribution and structure rebuilding near crack tip was analyzed. It was shown the influence of number of dislocations is lower than the influence of the substructure tip.
