The thesis is devoted by a problem of probes of process of magnetization of massive ferromagnetic parts local magnetizing devices in systems and gears of a nondestructive check of structure of metals, imperfections and width of nonmagnetic ?oatings. Designed new and adapted known models of magnetic and electromagnetic fields in linear and nonlinear mediums which are founded on integral equations of Fredholm of the first and second kind. Offered algorithms and a programm complex for their numerical calculation of a field in the ferromagnetic space and on its surface. By numerical experiments the assaying of the basic regularities of allocation of a magnetic field in a ferromagnetic medium is made. The procedure of a parameter optimization of critical buckling of magnetic systems of magnetizing devices by measure of mean value of a magnetization in a central plane of a temporary magnet designed. The inventory and procedure of an experimental research of processes of allocation of a magnetic field in a ferromagnetic medium under poles of magnetizing devices designed also. Outcomes of these probes have confirmed reasonableness of offered design procedures. Designed procedures are used at making systems of a nondestructive check for Stahanov carriage works and for holding company "Luganskteplovoz" that is confirmed with acts of introduction of outcomes of dissertational activity.
