The object is centralized heating systems (CHS); The aim is improvement energy efficiency CHS by optimum management of the facility heat supply with the aid of the developed algorithms and computer programs including heat-carrier transport delay; Methods are system analysis and numerical analysis, experiment; The new approach is method, algorithm and software complex for problem solving of optimum management work process in the CHS inclusive of heat-carrier transport delay was working out; The result is a methodology of the making packets of the technologic parameter charts;The implementation -"Electrocentral - 3" ZAO; The field is the heat-and-power engineering.
