Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of the influence of long time internal and external irradiation of small intensity on testicles of bulls and boars, which was at long time in the third and second zone of radioactive contamination. It is established, that contents Cs-137 and Sr-90 in testicles of animals, which was at long time in the third zone of radioactive contamination, was statistical realistically big, than in control animals. In the second zone of radioactive contamination their contents was statistical realistically big in comparison of both with control animals, and with animals from the third zone. However in all events contents these radio nuclides were much smaller, then their greatly possible level. It is shown, that despite the contents of Cs-137 and Sr-90 in testicles was much below then their most admissible concentration, in bulls and boars testicles are expressed noticeable morphological changes. They are characterized by oedema of tunica albuminea and interstitial tissue, the growing of fibrous connective tissue in interstitial tissue, granular dystrophy, lyses and necrosis of testicular endocrinocytes, and in tubules - by an oedema and fragmentation of the tunica propria, subepithelial oedema, discomplexation, destruction and necrosis of the seminiferous epithelium cells.
