Essay

This work is dedicated to complex investigating of structural and functional peculiarities of hemopoetic components of bone organs of a domestic pig during early stages of postnatal ontogenesis in relation clustering skeleton ossification and morphogenesis of their hemopoetic structures and system of microsurrounding at organic, tissue and cellular levels of organization. It has been stated, that there are two basic structural end dynamic forms of bone brain and blood-making system during new-born suckling period. It has been obtained that from the moment of appearing till 60- days age piglets have significant differences, which consist in development area and type of structures of bone marrow, as clusters their separate particles. It has been definite interrelation between erytro-, granulo- and megacariocytopoesis - secondary mean- and large-cage spongial bone substance, and between developmental degrees of hemopoetic bone marrow according to system of microsurrounding with area of enchondral osteohistogenesis, that showed at indices of different clusters. It was poved the heading role of main clusters of ossification in realization of hemopoetic skeleton function at early stages of postnatal ontogenesis and non-typical or erased character of change process of bone marrow structural and functional forms at accessorial ossification centers.
