Avramenko A. By means of local cooling for improvement of of heat-stressed heads cylinders of force diesel engines

The dissertation is devoted is settlement - to the experimental analysis of ways of improvement of the heat-stressed and deformed condition of heat-stressed elements head cylinders modern forced engine. As the basic way of decrease making heat-stress that of the deformed condition of the head of cylinders is considered local air cooling a zone of the bottoms of the head, in particular crosspieces between saddles of valves, and also cooling of final valves and directing cartridges. It is carried out it is settlement - an experimental research of elements of the head of cylinders of engine 4ЧН 12/14 and settlement research of the head of diesel engine D80. In the submitted work the attention to necessities of specification of boundary conditions of problems of heat conductivity and mechanics is accented at the decision problems of a heat-stressed condition of elements head cylinders, taking into account opportunities of modern program complexes. Results of operation are obtained are introduced in GP "Factory name of Malisheva"; in research laboratory of faculty NTU "KhPI", and also are used in educational process by preparation of students on a speciality 7.090210 - of internal combustion engines.
