Pupena A. Automated control of beer-distillation plants used algorithms of operative correction of a technological regime

The dissertation is devoted to development of the new approach to raise of a system effectiveness of control beer-distillation plant by installation due to implementation of algorithms of operative correction of a technological regime on direct quality factors of a distillers' beer. The existing system is supplemented with a subsystem of correction with the built-in mathematical model of process of epuration. The mathematical model of epuration column with any quantity of feeding into of a feed is developed. For modelling vapor-liquid equilibria of "ethanol - water - admixture" used modified method UNIFAC (Dortmund). Made up analysis static and dynamic characteristics of control equipment, its controllability and supervising are determined. Algorithms and framework of control loops by a epuration column with use of algorithms of operative correction of a technological regime are developed. The functional, technical and information framework of control system beer-distillation plant with a subsystem of correction is developed.
