Research object - processes of organization of transborder cooperation of regions. Aim - scientific ground of theoretical principles, methodical and conceptual going near activation of transborder cooperation. Methods: inductions, groupments and classifications, retrospective and statistical analysis. Results: the mechanism of providing of economic security of boundary region is first developed as a participant of transborder cooperation, the method of analysis and estimation of realization of transborder cooperation of regions is improved. Use: in activity of Main administration of economy of Volyn Regional State Administration, at teaching of row of disciplines of the Lutsk National Technical University.
