Оbject: city-building processes in the regions of Ukraine. Aim: development of theoretic-methodical base and practical recommendations at complex development of city-building processes in the regions of Ukraine by improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of management. Methods: systematic, generalization, abstracting. Results: methods, instruments and levers are systematized in the conceptual chart of organizational-economic mechanism of development of city-building processes; the model of the territorial city-building system is built; the city-building management system is improved. Use: in regional programs, in bodies of state authority, in educational process.
