Essay

The improved tree-levels, hierarchical automated system of acquisition and storage of seismological data is offered in dissertation work. It executes continuous registration of information according to the international standards, provides long-term storage of data in the base of seismological information, and allows defining the fact of origin of the anomalous phenomenon in the quasi-real time scale. The distributed system of storage of seismological data is projected. This system supports the common method of access to all data of the informative system. The criterion of screening the records with the anomalous amplitude values was certained in this work. This criterion is based on seismic data analysis using the Steim algorithm of SEED format. This method provides effective preparation of seismological data array.
