Essay

The dissertation is devoted a problem combined treatments gliomas frontal - callous localisation. Possibility of improvement of results of the combined treatment of patients with gliomas frontal - callous localization, by application of modern methods of diagnos-tics and differentiated use of surgical and not surgical methods of treatment is studied, being based on data of kliniko-statistical forecasting. It is studied 401 case of disease on gliomas frontal - callous localization which were on treatment in Institute of neurosurgery with 1986 for 2006 inclusive.The surgical anatomy frontal-callous areas on which basis three-dimensional models of its zones (sectors) are presented is studied. Top topographical modelling by means of methods of spatial geometry (construction of planes, triangles) is considered. The topog-raphical and anatomic characteristic of each of variants gliomas frontal - callous localiza-tion (brain structures, nearby arteries, veins, the important spending ways which it is dam-agedby a tumour) is offered. By us it is allocated four the basic topographical and anatomic variants gliomas fron-tal - callous localization, which various illnesses on clinical course, tactics of surgical treatment: сallous-lateral (51 %), callous-basal (26 %), callous-precentral (15 %), callous-medial (8 %). Tactics of surgical treatment of patients with various topographical and anatomic variants gliomas frontal - callous localization is offered. It is presented the general lines and features of all main stages of operative intervention at removal such gliomas. Accesses are carefully considered, the critical moments to which it is necessary to pay especial attention during operation at each of topographical and anatomic variants gliomas are designated. It is studied postoperative lethality patients with various topographical and anatomic variants gliomas frontal - callous localization. The survival rate of patients with gliomas frontal - callous localization is studied, on the basis which are revealed main prognostic factors.
