Itaketo I. Surgical management of the fracture of the head and anatomical neck of the humeral bone (clinical - experimental research)

Object: the management of the fracture of the head and anatomical neck of the humeral bone, to improve the results of the treatment of the above mentioned pathology using experimental , mathematical and clinically proven application of new methods, new devices and worked out techniques of surgical management. The analysis of 62 patients suffering from fracture of the anatomical neck and head of the humeral bone was conducted. 7 types of fracture of the above parts were identified: Three methods /devices of locking osteosynthesis of the fracture of the head and the anatomical neck of the humeral bone with navigation device for guiding of Ilizarov's pin through the humeral neck and fixation screw where experimentally developed. The developed algorithm for management when applied in our studies, we were able to obtain improvement in results, in which locking osteosynthesis gave 100% excellent and good follow-up result
