Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of total hip replacement results by creation of the method for prognostication of infectious complications and developing principles of their rational prophylaxis. 319 patients have been investigated. The clinical efficiency estimation of this prophylactic complex showed that as a result of its application frequency of infections went down in 4,2 times for the surgical site infections and in 3,1 times for general postoperative infectious complications.
