Agarkov A. Traumatism of Teenagers in Conditions of the Urbanized Region: Regularities of the Formation, Risk Factors and Measures of Prophylaxis.

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of formation of a teenagers' traumatism in conditions of the urbanized industrial region of Ukraine (Donbass). The level, dynamics and structure of a teenagers' traumatism for the 15-years period, and also a wide spectrum of risk factors, such as ecological, social, social -psychological, psychological, valeological, industrial, mode and conditions of a life, educational, game, environmental and professional-activities factors are investigated. Qualitative peculiarities of an inhabitancy, mode and conditions of a teenagers' life promoting to traumatism, regularities of the dynamics, a level and structure of a traumatism, and also correlation and linear dependence of various kinds of a traumatism on risk factors of the various origin have been determined. Principles are formulated, measures of prevention are elaborated, and efficiency of separate kinds of preventive measures is appreciated.
