Essay

Object: haemopoesis processes, erythrocytes and lymphocytes activity in the animals’ organism at the conditions of intoxication Pb2+ and correction of metabolic disorders by vitamin E. Goal: to establish the Pb2+ influence on the haemopoesis and metabolic processes in the erythrocytes and lymphocytes of the white rats’ blood at parenteral injection of lead acetate and to find out the possibilities of metabolic disorders correction in the researched cells by vitamin E injection. Methods: clinical haematology, preparative biochemistry, cytological, morphological, sspectrophotometric method, statistical analysis. Novelty: the biochemical effects of lead in two different by morphological structure and functions types of cells - erythrocytes and lymphocytes at parenteral injection of lead acetate to white rats in dose 10 mk/mg of mass were analysed for the first time. The characteristic features of metabolic response of these cells to single addition of high lead dose. The violation of erythropoesis and lymphopoesis processes was revealed. It was shown that lipid peroxidation processes are the most sensitive part of metabolism to the lead action in the – erythrocytes and lymphocytes of the animals. The possibility of correction of lipid peroxidation processes and the antioxidant system activity in blob cells (erythrocytes andlymphocytes)by vitamin E causae by sharp intoxication with lead cations was established.
