Essay

The object: technological processes of real-time actual cutting depends of new details material re-sharing. The goal: constructing and researching the mathematical model of one-dimension industrial material different-length cutting on the base of linear programming and cutting-planes methods in depends of correction criteria of mathematical model. The researching methods grounds on theory and methods of system analyze of manufacturing systems, matrix analyze, methods of dynamical and linear programming, methods of discrete optimization, theory and methods of operation-researching, theory of randomize and mathematical statistic, theory of information reaction. New science principles are: constructed bi-criteria mathematical model of one-dimensional different-length cutting by inputting in it correction coefficients; modification of criteria of optimal solves-check procedure were developed; modification of method of cutting patterns generation in cuttings-needed in case of limit-matrix is indefinite were developed; method of calculation of upper-limit in objective function in case of heuristic and CPA uses were proposed. The Model in JS "Kirovogradsky ent. of dosing machines" in structure of CAM system "Integral", JS "Cherkassky device-building ent." Application range- industrial enterprizes with discrete manufacturing cycle.
