Essay

The objects are cenopopulations of Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. under herbicides treatment. The aim is to discover populating and metabolic orders of effective herbicides action to ambrosia. The methods are experimental field-work, vitality analysis, spectral photometry, electrophoresis, mathematical statistics. It was shown that herbicides abilities to reduction of population’s vitality and to oppression of protective enzymes system into different phases of ambrosia’s ontogenesis determines its action efficacy. The enhancing of population’s quality together with reduction of its numbers under annual treatment by same herbicide was shown. The vitality differentiation of seeds from treated populations was established. The herbicides detoxification by glutation S-transpherase into ambrosia was shown. The adaptive effects of the consequence of herbicides treatment in the properties of next ambrosia’s generation was opened. Application spheres are agronomy and training courses.
