Klimko T. Strategic management of entrepreneurial activity in region (on material of Trans Karpation region)

Theoretical approaches to strategic management of entrepreneurial activity in a region are analyzed in a thesis. Modern peculiarities of strategic management and effectiveness of strategic management of entrepreneurial activity in the context of regional economics are researched. The analysis of entrepreneurial activity's state in industry of Transcarpathian region is made, on the basis of which the necessity of conducting the monitoring of its financial state on the basis of key financial indicators and model "tree of financial indicators" is set. The recommendation on choosing the appropriate strategy of development of enterprises on the context of regional economy is elaborated in a thesis on the basis of strategic identification.
