Essay

The work is devoted to development of models, methods of automation designing the technological process of shaping the details. On the basis of fuzzy-set theory the mathematical model of decompositions the mechanical drawing is offered in accordance with USCD (uniform system of computer documentation) on the detail type the object of rotation, body, type ribbon. The graph of decompositions has been developed using the linguistic variables. On the basis of object the rotation the mathematical model of the identification of thirty seven main types of design technological elements (DTE) of this type has been built. The designed mathematical model has a great flexibility of application for the different types of production. On the basis of recognized designed elements the methods of automation the details shaping have been improved. This allows integrating the location of optimal route of the graph and modeling the technological process. The proposed model of formalization the operational transition unifies the geometrics DTE on the basis of fuzzy-set with technological properties that reside to all types of transfers during the details production.
