Essay

Rolled wire from new high carbon electric steel, by the microalloyed boron, poured out in the uninterruptedly-casted metal block of small section. Development of chemical composition and technology of thermomechanical treatment of rolled wire of heightened deformed from electric steel for the production of high-strength metal cord and ascertainment of dependences between high-quality and technological descriptions of rolled wire. Metallographic, by electron microscope, microrentgenoscopy, dilatometer, mathematical modelling and multifactor optimization. Kinetics of transformations of austenite at the continuous cooling are studied and a termokinetics diagram for steel 80КРД are create. Anomalous influence of the boron is set on the size of austenitic grain and dispersion of pearlite in heightened deformed electric steel of 80КРД by comparison to base. Developed and realized on SZAO "MMZ" complex technology of production of rolled wire for metal cord from electric steel of microalloyed boron (80КРД) with the more content of admixtures of the coloured metals (chrome, nickel, copper) and nitrogen. It is inculcated on SZAO "MMZ" it is OAO "Silur". Metallurgical and hardware plant.
