By means of markers to microsatellite loci sunflower's genome for the first time determined especially state of alleles for each analyse genotype and for each create center this culture іn Ukraine.Due to SSRР-analysis we can differentiate the genotypes, reveal presence unique alleles, determine genetic relation among research sunflower's genome, propose test-system to define typicalness and level of hybridity of breeding forms and to create identification formulas of genotypes (inbred lines and their hybrids) of sunflower.
