Vasylyk V. Pathomorphology of acute lung injury at fecal peritonitis and its change under the influence of corvitin (experimental research).

The dissertation is dedicated to the study specific features of interalveolar wall pathomorphological changes and surfactant lung activity rats with experimental fecal peritonitis under the influence of intravenous injection of corvitin. Corvitin diminishes the damage of components of interalveolar wall at daily intravenous twofold introduction during of development of peritonitis. For rats with peritonitis the stability coefficient at introduction of corvitin makes: 0,574 (р<0,001) at introduction of corvitin beginning from the terminal phase of peritonitis, 0,709 (р<0,001) at introduction of corvitin begin-ning from a toxic phase of peritonitis, 0,768 (р<0,001) at introduction of corvitin beginning from the reactive phase of peritonitis, that during all of development of peritonitis.
