Essay

Object: processes are in asynchronous submersible electric motors (SEM). The purpose - is perfection of SEM of drive of down-pumps. Methods of researches: statistical analysis; final elements method (FEM); mathematical design; experimental researches; comparable analysis. Novelty: a mathematical model, based on FEM for the calculation of the magnetic fields in SEM with the cast copper shortcircuited winding (CSCW) of rotor, different the account of unevenness of air-gap, is improved, that allows to estimate a satiation became influence of tooth harmonics; the mathematical model of SEM got further development with CSCW of rotor on the base of the T-equivalent circuit, different introduction of the additional RL contour, that allows to analyse the static and dynamic modes of operations taking into account the losses of power in steel; the method of weakening of influence of tooth harmonics is offered, which allowed to reduce the additional losses of power in motors with a sectional rotor. Results: methodof mathematical design of SEM with the cast winding of rotor on the basis of synthesis of parameters of the equivalent circuit with the use of experimental descriptions of idling and short circuit conditions; technology of making of CSCW of packages of rotors of SEM having untraditional correlation between langht and diameter is developed by the method of casting under constraint. Job performances are applied in industry. Sphere of the use: electrical mashine-building.
