Dissertation is devoted to development of method of new calculation and synthesis of knock-out transporting machine, as difficult dynamic system on the basis of the generalized self-reactance description and calculation-experimental technology of design of dynamic processes. The developed complex of self-reactance, mathematical, geometrical and certainly-element models allows to execute the multiple calculations of the tensely-deformed state of the designed constructions and to decide the tasks of self-reactance and structural synthesis of their elements. By the developed programmatic-model complex numeral and experimental researches of dynamic processes, determination of meaningful factors and self-reactance analysis of knock-out machine, are conducted. On the basis of experimental and numeral researches developments of the scientifically-grounded recommendations are executed on perfection constructions which are taken into account at development of project-designer document. Experimental verification of results of researches and introduction of knock-out machine in production is conducted. Dissertation is dedicated to development of new method of analysis and synthesis for removing transporting machine as complex dynamic system on the base of generic parametrical description and experiment - calculated technology of dynamic processes modeling. The developed complex of parametrical, mathematical, geometrical and finite element models allows to perform multivariable calculations concerning deflected mode of design constructions and to solve problems of parametrical and structural synthesis of their elements. Numerical and experimental investigations, estimation of significant factors and parametrical analysis of removing machine were carried out with the help of developed program-modeling complex. Engineering of research-founded recommendations concerning design development which are taken into consideration during development of design documentation were performed on the base of experimental and numerical investigations. Removing machines Experimental check of investigations results was performed and manufacturing application.
