Martynenko T. Clinic-pathogenic Significance of Expiration Changes by Chronic Rheumatic Heart Disease

The object of the investigation is the patients with the chronic rheumatic heart disease (CRHD); the purpose is to establish pathogenetic role of rheumatic valvular disease of the heart in the violation of different pulmones surfactant (PS) composites, to elaborate the criterias which allow to prognose the CRHD development anol the effect of treatment measures: the methods - clinical, electrophysiological, physico - chemical, biochemical, statistical; the novelty is khat fhere was firstly proved the pathogenetic role of intracardiac and pulmonity hemodynamics violation in the PS alteration development at CRHD, there were detected the changes of respiration moisture - discharge, physico -chemical peculiarities of expirates, the changes of nitrogen - discharge and detoxication lung functions violations the level of expirates lipids, the products of their peroxide oxidation and antiradical protection, the influence degrec of separate expirates composites on the further treatment effect; the results - on the basis of respiration moisture discharge, physico -chemical peculiarities of expirates and PS composition studying of the patients with CRHD there were elaborated criterias which allow to prognose the disease development and the effect of the further pathogenetic therapy; the materials of the dissertation work are applied into the practice of Donetsk Regional Territorial Clinical Union of the therapeutic clinics of Donetsk national Medical University named by M.Gorkiy, the therapeutic clinics, of the Emergency and Restorative Sergery Institute named by V.K.Gusak AMS of Ukraine, and also into the pedagogical process of Donetsk National Medical University named by M.Gorkiy, Kharkov National Medical University and higher State National Establishiment of Ukraine "Ukrainian Medical Dentist Academy" (Poltava city); the use sphere is the medical -diagnostic process of rheumatological, therapeutic, cardiological departments, the educational process of therapeutic departments of Medical Higher educational institutions.
