Object: the process of territory exploitation in the region's agrarian sphere. Purpose: development of the basis for improving the regulated territory exploitation and foundation of its prospective model in the agrarian sphere of the region. Methods of studying: structural logical generalization, historically-economic, system analysis, questionary; mapping. Theoretic results: basics of territorial resources exploitation as a considerable territorial resource of the region's development are founded. Practical results: mechanisms of territory exploitation managing are developed, taking intro account the internal regional disproportions. Innovation: basic principles of forming the regional territory exploitation program in the agrarian sphere are developed; the system of the territory exploitation principles is improved; the methodological basic of the regional exploitation results estimation are improved; the conceptional regulations of the regional rent policies are offered; the meaning of the notion "regulated territory exploitation in the agrarian sphere" is improved; the model of the territorial conflicts in the region is created; the directions of improving the organizational and economic mechanism of agrarian territory exploitation on the regional level are determined; the appreciated directions for developing the Poltava Region's territory exploitation are determined. Application: in the organizational and economic activity of the regional government bodies, in the teaching process. The sphere of using: the agrarian territory exploitation management bodies on the national, regional and local levels.
