Essay

The aim of this study is development of regional ionospheric model based on the Kharkov incoherent scatter radar database. Investigation object are processes in geospace plasma in the height range 100 – 1000 km over Ukraine. Investigation subject are features and modeling of physical processes in geospace in quite conditions and during partial solar eclipses. Investigation methods are experimental, statistical analysis of obtained results, modeling of physical processes in geospace. Quantitative char-acteristics of diurnal and seasonal variations of main ionospheric parameters on different 23-th solar activity phases are obtained. Regional model of the ionosphere is developed. Investigations of effects during the partial solar eclipses on October 3, 2005 and on March 29, 2006 are carried out. The efficiency of intro-duction: the experimental data essentially promote to solar-terrestrial connections development. The area (branch) of appli-cation: the fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial con-nections and circum-terrestrial environment.
