The thesis is dedicated to the creation of the mathematic imitation models and methods of processing the cardiointervalogram of a man during the physical activity to diagnosis of the cardio-vescular system by means of an electronic computer. A mathematic model was created as a sum of a discrete determinant function and stationary linear random succession. Basing on the created mathematical model the methods of statistic processing of the registered cardiointervalogram were developed.
