Subject of investigation is the technological system of deep openings drilling by electro-instrument; the purpose of the research is an increase of reliability of deep openings drilling by electro-instrument on the basis of system analysis methods and synthesis. Research methods are: methods of system analysis, method of morphological analysis, methods of theory of reliability, probability and theory of mass service theories, methods of parametric synthesis. The results are: the algorithm of method for structure optimization and arrangement of electro-instrument is developed for the increase of reliability of deep openings drilling process in hard-processing materials; the new constructions of devices for drilling are created that increase reliability of process. Scientific novelty: the models of streams of refuses and renewals analysis are developed at deep openings drilling taking into account the got results of design at planning and exploitation of electro-instrument; exposed intercommunication between the structural elements of electro-instrument subsystems and by technological reliability of drilling process; conformities to law of influence of technological and structural features of electro-instrument subsystems are first set on operating reliability at deep openings drilling. The results are applied as method of design-engineering optimization of electro-instrument for deep openings drilling. Degree of drawing on results: branch. Sphere of the use: machine building, machine-tool construction, shipbuilding, ship repair.
