Essay

The thesis deals with the investigation of association processes and of fluorinated ethers of acrylic, methacrylic and fumaric acids with a methylmetacrylate copolymerization kinetics. The influence of intermolecular interaction in mixtures of fluorinated monomers with methylmetacrylate on their copolymerization kinetics is esteblsshed. The associates stability at 318 K promotes the increasing of copolymerization rate with increasing of fluorinated component amount in mixture. The associates stability decreases with the raising the temperature, it results in lowering of copolymerization rate. With the help of quantum-chemical calculations it is determined, that the optimized stractures of fluormethylmetacrylates homoassociates are more steble than heteroassociates and have more polarized double bounds. It is shown that the association plays noticeable role copolymer composition formation. Copolymers synthesized at temperatures up to 338 K are enriched fluorinated monomers links, and at higher temperatures copolymers more uniform on composition are formed.
